Shipping Information:

Shipping and Handling

Shipping charges are based on weight and price calculated by UPS. Because of the various weights and sizes of our items, the shipping charges calculated by our system may differ from the actual shipping cost. You will be provided with a tracking number for each package. Please note that "time in transit" for your shipment does not include order processing time. There is no transit or processing on weekends and holidays. For security reasons we do not ship to PO Boxes. We ship to only the 48 states.

Shipping Errors or Defective Items

We try to protect our items with enough necessary packaging material, however, damage may occur. Please inspect the contents of your package carefully for any shipping errors or defects. Please do not dispose of any packaging until the completeness of the shipment is verified.

Any missing, defective, erroneous or damaged-in-transit items MUST be reported within 24 hours by phone or email. The shipment MUST be put aside in its original condition and packaging for possible inspection. All such items will be taken back by Howard Orloff Imports, Inc. and replaced at no cost to you.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

To return an item to us, please send it back to Howard Orloff Imports' On-Line Store at 1924 N. Paulina Street, Chicago, IL 60622

A Return Authorization Number(RAN) is required, so please send us an email with your invoice or order number requesting to return parts or call us at 1-866-249-3236. No returns will be accepted without an RAN. The RAN must be written on the outside of the package you are returning. Thank you!

Return Policies:

All returns MUST be in original packaging, complete, uninstalled and in resalable condition.

Electrical Items: The parts industry as a whole does not accept returns on electrical items due to the fact that they cannot be tested when retruned. If you installed the part or just plugged it in, the smallest of spark can cause an electrical item defect. In the interest of our future customers, we do not accept electrical items back unless they are in the original sealed package. We will however, review any part that is returned to us if you have obtained a RAN and render a judgment as to whether credit can be given.

Our Error: Items that need to be returned due to our error and received the wrong part. Please contact us and we will email you a UPS call tag. Returns are subject to review.

Ordered in Error: If you don't like the item you received, you can return it, but please keep in mind that return shipping charges are your responsibility and some items cannot be returned and restocking fees may apply. Please call us in advance before making the decision to return an item regardless of the reason. Restocking fees are 15% and applies to all items.
